DeAnn and Steve are the original founders of EZARC and bring a deep well of knowledge in the industry that only experience can bring. DeAnn’s strategic mind and experience help drive overall business decisions moving EZARC in the growth trajectory we have continually experienced in our 30 years of existence. Her focus on quality and consistency has helped shape EZARC’s core and that shows through in each decision she helps continually make.

Steve’s leadership has been able to bring in some of the industry’s best talent to provide top-of-the-line service. The EZARC culture of bringing solutions to any situation and striving to exceed customer expectations has been his focus from the beginning and rings just as true now as it did when the business was started over 30 years ago.

Steve brings almost 40 years of executive level skills, experience, and track record as he leads the EZARC teams from programming to project final completion. His advanced leadership skills include design-build/assist, comprehensive preconstruction services, construction management, project commissioning and close-out. He has extensive experience with large, complex, fast-track projects. He will ensure that every project is safe, has clear and open communication, making certain that both client and EZARC are successful at meeting the goals and objects of any project.

Doug Stanley

Chief Financial Officer

Doug Stanley Joined EZARC as its Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over 30 years of construction accounting experience. After receiving both a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting, Doug has continued to bring “Best Practices” to the construction accounting systems of some of the largest companies in the industry. At EZARC, Doug oversees all accounting, financial management, auditing and reporting.  His focus is on tracking cash flow, production tracking, and financial planning. He is highly regarded within the banking and financial institutions in which we work with.

Julie Peck - EZARC Vice President

Julie brings over 20 years of experience to the team. She previously worked for one of the largest general contractors in the industry and knows what it takes to deliver a successful project. She ensures that each project is safe, has clear and open communication, quick issue resolution, and a team approach, making certain that both parties are successful at meeting the goals and objectives of any project.

Doug Fillmore

Director of HR

Doug joined EZARC with over 30 years of progressive Human Resource experience, primarily within the manufacturing industry. Doug graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Human Resources & Conflict Management and has SPHR and SHRM-SPC certifications. Doug’s experience includes the ability to recruit, train, and empower top-performing teams. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, he builds sustainable relationships with diverse groups of key stakeholders, top executives, and colleagues at all levels. Both resilient and respected, Doug has been consistently recognized for his sound judgment, key decision making, integrity, solid business acumen, and forward-facing vision.

Ryan Crawford

Pedestal Product Manager

Ryan brings nearly 20 years of manufacturing and engineering experience to EZARC, applying lean manufacturing principles to revolutionize the steel fabrication process. He is an accomplished manufacturing expert, having set up and optimized factories in the US and several countries abroad. He is also an award-winning product engineer, winning innovation awards from Popular Mechanics and others. He has designed custom products for Boeing, Chevron, the US Air Force, and has created over a dozen Amazon Best Sellers. Ryan was formerly Vice President of one of the largest tool manufacturers in the US, and served as Chairman of ANSI A14 to drive higher safety standards in industry.

Jeff Reading

Director of Operations

Jeff is an experienced leader with a diverse background in overseeing various projects in commercial, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management and has 14 years of experience in mechanical construction, including prefabrication and installation of pipe and ductwork.  Jeff has a proven track record of ensuring seamless project management, from meticulous project documentation to successful preplanning, fabrication, and adherence to policies, procedures, and schedules. He is also skilled in monitoring and optimizing project performance while promoting a culture of safety and quality.
