DeAnn and Steve are the original founders of EZARC and bring a deep well of knowledge in the industry that only experience can bring. DeAnn’s strategic mind and experience help drive overall business decisions moving EZARC in the growth trajectory we have continually experienced in our 30 years of existence. Her focus on quality and consistency has helped shape EZARC’s core and that shows through in each decision she helps continually make.

DeAnn and Steve are the original founders of EZARC and bring a deep well of knowledge in the industry that only experience can bring. Steve’s leadership has been able to bring in some of the industry’s best talent to provide top-of-the-line service. The EZARC culture of bringing solutions to any situation and striving to exceed customer expectations has been his focus from the beginning and rings just as true now as it did when the business was started over 30 years ago.
Steve Bowers
President / Coo
Steve brings 40 years of executive-level skills, experience, and a proven track record as he leads the EZARC teams from programming to project completion. His advanced leadership skills include design-build/assist, comprehensive preconstruction services, construction management, project commissioning and close-out. He has extensive experience with large, complex, fast-track projects. He ensures that every project is safe, with clear and open communication, and makes certain that both the client and EZARC are successful in meeting the goals and objectives of each project.
Doug Stanley
Chief Financial Officer
Doug Stanley joined EZARC as its Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over 30 years of construction accounting experience. After receiving both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting, Doug has continued to implement “Best Practices” in the construction accounting systems of some of the largest companies in the industry. At EZARC, Doug oversees all accounting, financial management, auditing, and reporting. His focus is on tracking cash flow, production, and financial planning. He is highly regarded within the banking and financial institutions with which we work.
Doug Fillmore
Chief Human Resources Officer
Doug joined EZARC with over 30 years of progressive Human Resource experience, primarily within the manufacturing industry. Doug graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Human Resources & Conflict Management and has SPHR and SHRM-SPC certifications. Doug’s experience includes the ability to recruit, train, and empower top-performing teams. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, he builds sustainable relationships with diverse groups of key stakeholders, top executives, and colleagues at all levels. Both resilient and respected, Doug has been consistently recognized for his sound judgment, key decision making, integrity, solid business acumen, and forward-facing vision.
Matt Godsey
vice president
Matt is a structural steel expert with a bachelor’s in civil engineering and a Master’s in Structural Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) and has 25 years of combined hands-on and executive construction experience. His technical expertise includes value engineering, preconstruction services, innovative project planning and execution, off-site manufacturing, mega projects, complex projects, semiconductor and clean room construction, advanced logistics, specialty coatings, and design-build/assist. With a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, Matt brings a unique ability to communicate and coordinate with the design team, construction team, project owners, key stakeholders, contracts team, safety professionals, auditors, and leaders performing the work. EZARC is a perfect fit for his abilities and experience in bringing custom building solutions to our clients.
Julie Peck
vice president - Arizona
Julie brings over 20 years of experience to the team. She previously worked for one of the largest general contractors in the industry and knows what it takes to deliver a successful project. She ensures that each project is safe, with clear and open communication, quick issue resolution, and a team approach, making certain that both parties are successful in meeting the goals and objectives of the project.
Jeff Reading
Director of Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM)
Jeff is an experienced leader with a diverse background in overseeing various projects in commercial, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management and has 14 years of experience in mechanical construction, including prefabrication and installation of pipe and ductwork. Jeff has a proven track record of ensuring seamless project management, from meticulous project documentation to successful preplanning, fabrication, and adherence to policies, procedures, and schedules. He is also skilled in monitoring and optimizing project performance while promoting a culture of safety and quality.
Fernando Gastelum
Director of Tool Install Products Division
Fernando is a seasoned semiconductor construction leader with over 11 years of experience, holding a Civil Engineering degree and a PE license. He has excelled in roles such as Project Engineer, Design Manager, and Supply Chain Leader, driving cost savings and optimizing processes. Known for his ethical approach (“What’s the right thing to do?”) and emphasis on psychological safety, he fosters trust and empowers teams to achieve success and innovation. Fernando’s commitment to leadership, continuous improvement, and team empowerment has contributed to a track record of success in driving innovation and achieving results within the semiconductor industry.
Clark Etherington
Director of Fabrication
For over 30 years, Clark has been dedicated to the steel fabrication and construction industry, building a career characterized by expertise, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. His journey began in structural drafting, where he honed technical skills and developed a deep understanding of steel structures. Transitioning to project management, he successfully oversaw numerous projects, mastering estimations, budgeting, material procurement, and shop management. In his current role as Director of Fabrication at EZARC, he leverages extensive experience to optimize fabrication processes, enhance project efficiency, and drive significant company growth. Notably, Clark played a key role in doubling the company’s growth in the past year. His proficiency in Tekla and comprehensive knowledge of steel fabrication ensure successful project outcomes and contribute to the continued success of EZARC.
Ryan Greenwood
Senior Estimator
Ryan brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career in the residential sector before earning a degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley University in 2015. Following his graduation, he transitioned into the structural steel industry, where he has accumulated over ten years of expertise in estimating Structural and Miscellaneous Steel.
His diverse background—including hands-on field experience, project management, and estimation—equips him with a comprehensive understanding of all phases of a project, enabling him to deliver precise and detailed estimates. Ryan has successfully estimated and secured numerous projects within the technology sector, ranging from $50,000 to over $100 million. These projects encompass various Miscellaneous & Structural Steel components including OSM rack installations constructed with Structural Steel, Unistrut, and fully integrated MEP systems.
As EZARC’s Senior Estimator, Ryan is committed to providing transparent and accurate cost assessments throughout the design process, ensuring efficiency and reliability in project execution.
