EZARC preconstruction, engineering and project management services can help you with anything needed for your job. Our team starts by having our engineers design the structure and then we utilize BIM coordination create models of the project to ensure things are done correctly the first time with accurate estimation from small to large scope projects.
Precon Team
EZARC’s preconstruction team is comprised of structural engineers who have mastered the ability to manage and coordinate structural components, help forecast budgets, and develop cost-effective engineered solutions for complex structures. This has an incredible impact on any project and all other services we provide. We can perform as either a design-assist or design-build trade partner.
Our team also includes highly experienced estimators and detailers where we have developed a project flow that allows us to easily transfer design information from analysis to design and estimating with little to no redesign at each stage. We have extensive experience with all industry-standard design software including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Solidworks and Tekla Structures, so we can perform on any project.
